The state government will now curb the arbitrary fee for private schools across the state. Regarding fees rules of private schools, the fees regulation act will be brought to Madhya Pradesh soon.
Within the purview of this Act, Madhya Pradesh Board, CBSE International Board, ISC Board and other schools will also be included. A scale of fees will be decided in the private schools from class I to XII. Even hard steps such as abolition of accreditation will be brought in to schools with big money penalties.
School Education Minister of State, Deepak Joshi is preparing to apply for the fee act of Gujarat in Madhya Pradesh. The Gujarat Government has implemented the Gujarat Private School Fees Regulation Act 2017 on April 26. It was applied on CBSE and other boards including the Gujarat board.

In Gujarat, the committee has decided a monthly fee of 15000 for the primary, 25000 rupees fees for middle and higher secondary.There is a fee fixation committee in Madhya Pradesh but fees is not fixed.
In Gujrat, School’s will have to pay 5 lakh for the first time and 10 lakh for the second time on the ignorance of the rules.In Madhya Pradesh, there is provision for action under Section 144 under the rules of recognition.
In Gujarat, there will be a double return on taking more than the prescribed fee.There is no rule of penalties and double return in Madhya Pradesh, it has been changed.
NOC will take back in Gujarat. A review committee has been formed for the hearing.In Madhya Pradesh, Number of facilities and number of children have to be shown on the portal, not fees.
