Government of Gujarat put a rein on private school fee. The state government on Thursday passed a urgent enactment in the authoritative get together under which schools won’t have the capacity to charge more than Rs 15,000 for primary section, Rs 25,000 for secondary and Rs 27000 for higher secondary classes.
This law will be appropriate to all schools in the state. In this law, all primary, secondary and higher secondary schools affiliated under CBSE, International Board, ICSE board and state board will be included.Under this enactment, a Fee Regulatory Committee will likewise be framed that will keep a tab on the school charges.
In this bill government exempts pre-elementary schools which are running play groups, creches and so on. Prior to the bill was passed by a voice-vote BJP MLAs requested to the minister to expand the scope of the bill to incorporate pre-elementary section too.
As per current scenario in Madhya Pradesh there are so many private schools which are hiking their school fee without any prior notice. There so many protest started by parents but still they are not having any solid solution of the school fee hike, So we are suggesting Why only Gujarat? All states are part of India.
We need a rule from the central government for private schools about the school fee structure.Central government to apply this law in each and every state of India to put a rein on the school fee hike and to prevent school management from arbitrary. So my question towards our government, why they are not taking this matter seriously and passes a bill in parliament regarding fees hike in private school ?
