Top companies or recruiters, public or private, MNC or FMCG, each want English language staff. The staff having the relevant skills for the post not make much sense during interview session, then the employee having skills according to his or her personal, professional, present and future development in the industry. The objective is to hire the young English minds for the future. There is the possibility that the staff will get promoted to business work abroad.
