These are some changes made to improve the quality of education in India, but it doesn’t mean that by making system and authorities to govern schools will make better academics for young ones. Students are learning only to bring good marks and secure a position in IIT JEE, AIIMS, CAT or MAT exams. In past, students wanted to become doctors, bank officers and to have civil services but now student want to become engineers. After getting even a compulsory education, students are running for mindless race to achieve aimless targets. Mindless race and rote learning have no quality, creativity, uniqueness or direction for better future. Even many students take suicidal steps because they are unable to see their secure future.
There is a thought “Give a man a fish and you will feed him for one day, teach him how to catch fish and you will feed him for a lifetime.” It is that if we provide better knowledge with skills to use it practically, then we would believe to enable him for his lifetime. Academics should be made like it rewards for creativity, research, innovations and problem solving. Some students learn faster, some are slow. Some are visual learners, others are auditory learners, and still some students learn faster from experience. Decentralize education will provide new and innovative courses to learn for all. One more improvement we can do to improve future quality of education is to make better teaching faculties. Their prior aim will be to give better knowledge but not only to get incentive after completion of month. Internet has made all possibility for us. Best teaching staffs from all over the world are present on internet. Here the future is. To make easier reach of knowledge, smart phones, tablets and computers are innovated. Online education has no reservation too. Student can earn his degree by attending live class of top professor of top colleges.
Black money still exists between us even after demonetization. Business people are doing money business through private educational institutions which is out of reach for parents with different pay scales to send their child there. There is an urgent need for effective de-regulation of Indian education sector.

It’s good, we are now having self-instructed courses for us, but that doesn’t mean schools are for nothing. Young ones need proper training for their growth, teenagers need actual guidance to make their future plan, no one is born with mind having planned future. Schools are required for students’ education and path finder. It’s better if schools improve quality of education, not facility to improve education.
