Neurothesist, Marcello Lenca excerpt that our mind is a storeroom of personal freedom and self-determination in itself. But due to a fast progress of nanotechnology, independence of human mind is at risk.

The study had been published in the journal of Life Sciences, Society and Policy. The two researchers for the finding are surely named as Neurothesist of Basel University, Marcello Inca and human rights lawyer of Jurikh university, Roberto Andorno.

Experts had suggested future hackers might misuse our mindful data. They can hack or eavesdrop on the mind and can delete it from the brain too.

Researchers and scientists are researching to find the technique for reading human brains. Even companies want Neuromarketing to read their customer. Researchers are using Mind Reading Technology to read our minds.

Companies have started to use Brain Imaging technique for their Neuromarketing to understand the customers. They are using tools like ‘brain decoders’ to represent or convert brain image data into images, text and sounds.

Experts have suggested to address four human rights laws of cognitive liberty, mental privacy, mental integrity and psychological continuity prevent privacy loss and personal private data security and safety. New human rights laws must have to be prepared for protection against exploitation and loss of privacy of people under nanotechnology. Experts goal is to provide benefits on personal and social level, but hackers want to use it as misuse the data as unprecedented threats to personal freedom.

Roberto Andorno excerpted that Brain Imaging Technology has gone to the height such that its case is under discussion in Criminal Court. Marketing people are using ‘brain decoders’ like tools to understand their customer behavior which is like snatching ones privacy controller remote.

In future, to control consumer technology, brain- computer interface will be in use. If hackers attacked on the technology, then there will be a total risk of physical and mental damage in human.
